Days 1–5

Period bleeding. Common symptoms: cramps, back pain, headache, fatigue.

🌿 Follicular Phase
Days 6–13

Post-period recovery. Generally fewer symptoms, increased energy.

Days 14–16

Egg release. Symptoms: breast tenderness, mild cramps, bloating.

Days 17–28
