What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: Up to 5 competitions, unlimited entries, 1 feedback per entry, basic statistics.
Pro (One-Time Purchase): Unlimited competitions, unlimited feedback, data export/import, competition templates.
No subscriptions! Pay once and own forever.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
When you reach the limit of 5 competitions, try to add a second feedback to an entry, or access templates/export features, the app will show you the upgrade screen. You can also upgrade from Settings > Upgrade to Pro.
How do I add a competition?
Tap the "+" button on the Competitions screen. Fill in the competition details including title, type (monthly, annual, external, other), submission deadline, and optional judging date. You can also set up recurring monthly competitions and define submission requirements.
What are recurring competitions?
Recurring competitions are perfect for monthly club competitions. Instead of creating a new competition each month, set it up once with start/end dates and submission/judging days. ClubFrame automatically tracks each month's period and entries separately.
How do I add entries to a competition?
Open the competition detail view and tap "Add Entry". Select a photo from your library, add a title, and ClubFrame will automatically extract EXIF data including camera model, lens, settings, and GPS location if available.
Can I track multiple feedback per photo?
Yes, with ClubFrame Pro! Free users can track 1 feedback per entry, while Pro users can add unlimited feedback from multiple judges with scores, categories, comments, and judging dates.
How do submission requirements work?
When creating a competition, you can define technical requirements: maximum file size, minimum resolution, required format (JPEG/HEIC/RAW), color space (sRGB/Adobe RGB/P3), and file naming conventions. These requirements are displayed as a checklist for each entry.
Can I export my competition data?
Yes, with ClubFrame Pro! Export your entire library to JSON (with or without thumbnails) or export competitions and entries to CSV for analysis in spreadsheet apps. You can also import data to restore or migrate between devices.
What are competition templates?
Templates (Pro feature) let you save competition settings for reuse. Perfect for recurring competitions with the same rules. Save title template, requirements, and settings, then create new competitions instantly from your templates.
Is my data private?
Absolutely! All your data is stored locally on your device only. ClubFrame never uploads your photos, competition data, or any information to servers. Your photography journey stays completely private.
